Its nothing to worry. Nowadays childrens are very advanced and very active. You have to make him to concentrate on Religious activities or other works. Work means any kind of work. Work make a mans mind perfect - by veteran hindu religious guide VIVEKANANDA… So pls keep him always working, i mean make him study some books, and play some outdoor games etc. Try to avoid giving coffee or tea which inactive brain cells. Give him some health drink which is available in market. You also spent some time with him to improve his concentration….

Although beer is a drink that contains alcohol, the alcohol alone doesn’t make it dangerous to your health. Drinking beer excessively is what leads to hangovers, headaches, and the more severe healthy problems. If you drink beer in moderation and avoid getting drunk, you won’t experience any problems with your health.

One of the most common things people say about beer, is that it makes you fat, hence the term “beer belly”. As a whole, beer contains little to no fat, and there are plenty of beer diets out there that you can use to stay thin. The infamous beer belly is caused by consuming too much alcohol, which affects the body’s ability to burn fat. Even though beer can indeed lead to a “beer belly” if you drink too much of it, if you drink in moderation you should be fine.

Even though beer is low in sugar, it can affect your blood sugar levels. Beer contains alcohol, which can drop the natural level of sugar in your blood, leading to low energy levels. If you drink too much beer, you’ll get really tired and go right to sleep. Alcohol in beer will also lower insulin levels as well, which makes it perfect for non diabetics, as it will reduce the risk of arteriosclerosis.

In the past, research has linked beer with reducing the risk for heart disease. Beer contains no cholesterol, although it does have antioxidant qualities that can reduce LDL oxidation, with may help reduce your risk of heart disease. Beer is also an excellent source of fiber, stemming from the malted barley. Beer can also help to reduce stress, if you drink it in moderation.

To get the health benefits that beer provides, you should drink one beer a day. You shouldn’t drink any more than this, as it can easily lead to health problems. Alcohol will thin out your blood, which will protect your heart and reduce the risk of strokes as well. In the past, research has even shown moderate consumption of alcohol can help with improving your memory as well. Then again, if you drink it excessively, it can destroy brain cells - the adverse effect.

Beer is also nutritious, although it can destroy your levels of vitamin C as well. Beer is a great source of fiber, as well as other minerals, such as potassium, magnesium, and several B vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, and B12. Beer contains high levels of these vitamins, along with other minerals that are actually good for your body. Although it offers plenty of B vitamins and other minerals your body needs, it will also destroy your vitamin C - which is why you never want to drink too much of it.

When it all comes down to it, beer may contain over 95% water, yet it is still a diuretic. Due to the fact that beer contains alcohol, it will always be a diuretic. When you drink beer, you should avoid drinking too much and never, ever, drink beer instead of water. Beer can dehydrate your body fairly quickly, which is one of the biggest cons to drinking beer. Although beer does have several health benefits, they can easily be hindered by drinking too much. To stay on the safe side and avoid headaches and other health effects of beer, you should always drink responsibly, never drink too much - and always drink a few glasses of water when you are drinking beer.

pls i am in trouble….i need your help……….

I saw in your other answers and questions, that you are a convinced Christian and 21 years old. In how far you are in trouble? Why do you need to concentrate more than you are capable now?
The best way to be concentrated is when you are motivated to do what you are doing. So check out if there is a lack of interest. Can you change this? Do you trust your own belief? Is there something you are not really sure about?
There might be other reasons: Do you sleep well and enough? Do you have enough body exercises? How is your alimentation? Do you eat ‘junk food’? Do you have problems with your sexuality? There are more influences that could reduce your ability to concentrate…
So it is necessary that you find out yourself. Important is that you don’t try to fix the symptom by taking or doing something against it. You should see yourself as a whole and if there is something out of balance then it has to do with the whole…
Are you under stress? This is many times the reason for a lack of concentration. In this case I suggest to do the ‘StressReleaseExercise’ this effective technique will relax you and you will be able to concentrate better. This exercise is easy to do and you can start doing it after you read the advice you will find at: http://falconblanco.com/release
Do it regularly then very soon you will be out of trouble.
I hope this helps.

thanks!

i have no idea what you would put for this, but the addition of an enzyme might help (more protein, more enzyme action)

No matter in what profession you are, or what your social status is, you ought to have a good memory to do anything in your life. There is no one out there who would not want to improve their memory and there are so many people out there who would literally do anything and everything to improve their memory.

People so often try out the memory supplements found in the drug stores to find a solution to their degrading memory. They also try out vitamins and other commercial medicines which can improve their memory. There are some vitamins and supplements like vitamin B, a fatty acid called omega 3 and antioxidants have been a successful cure to memory loss. But question arises when; the supplements that you are taking are not enough?

There are actually some ways that can complement your medicines to improve your memory. Strong focus and high concentration can help you a great deal in improving your memory. When you are not paying any attention to the information that comes your way then you are not likely to put the information in the long term memory. This can be a real problem for those people who are dealing with a high level of stress, tension, insomnia or the people who are a victim of attention deficit disorder (ADD).

You will find a few stimulants that have been proven to be very effective in improving the concentration level. There is a drug known as Ritalin which helps in increasing the brain activity and thereby help them by improving their mental focus. They do so by increasing the stimulus in the central nervous system and managing the chemicals in the right way. Amphetamines are another stimulant that is often used to improve the concentration. They are a good memory increasing agent if you use them in a proper way. You have to use it very carefully as amphetamines are highly addictive.

There are also some modern medications that can prevent your brain from Alzheimerâ??s disease. This is a serious disease that affects every single part of your brain.

Be careful about all those cons out there trying to sell you their new memory improving pills and tonics as most of them are harmful to your health and useless as far as the memory improving is concerned. Try to have good nutrition, enough rest and lead a stress free life as it can go a long way in improving the memory.

Today, medical studies prove that vitamin B3 or niacin deficiency results in signs of fatigue, poor appetite or vision, high cholesterol, diabetes and muscle weakness that may increase infections, diseases and digestive problems in male/female humans and dogs. Like most water-soluble vitamins, B3 or Niacin, a natural supplement enhances the bodyâ??s ability to turn food into energy increasing the digestive systems metabolism of fats and carbohydrates also helping to free fatty acids and lower triglyceride levels preventing heart attacks for a healthier lifestyle. see VitaminsSupplements.com

According to health researchers at John Hopkins University Public Health Center (ww.jhsph.edu) and University of Wisconsin Public Health Center (www.med.wisc.edu), if the lack of proper amounts of B3 vitamin or nicotinic acid in a personâ??s diet persists, it will lead to the common disease known as Pellagra initially causing skin problems (dermatitis) also severe weight loss, diarrhea, memory loss, dementia in adult seniors and even death in extended circumstances.

Specifically, the disease of Pellagra is caused by the deficiency of Niacin (also known as vitamin B3 or Nicotinic acid) lacking the organic compound from a persons or pet dogs diet. Historically, it first appeared back in the 18th century with origins in Europe. Pellagra then began appearing in the United States in the 1900â??s as a common infectious disease. It was thought of initially as a symptom of pests infecting corn based foods but later in 1915, Dr. Joseph Goldberger proved the causes instead were linked to the lack of proper nutrition derived from lean meat, eggs, or yeast - all high in B3 nicotinic acid proving to alleviate all symptoms of Pellagra.

Since, additional studies by the University of Wisconsin, among others have shown clear relationships between the necessities of stable levels of B3 nicotinic acid in our diet result in curing any Pellagra symptoms in humans and dogs. Left unchecked, a lack of vitamin B3 leads to alterations in protein metabolism creating disorders such as Carcinoid syndrome, whereby tumors occur along the gastrointestinal tract and lungs.

For pregnant women breast feeding children, vitamin B3 or niacin is an important supplement of a well-balanced diet. People and dogs that maintain vegetarian diets are highly recommended by health professionals to take additional vitamin supplements. Niacin or vitamin B3 is a key element enabling the body to rid itself of harmful toxins and waste chemicals. It also plays an integral role in relieving stress - sex hormones in the adrenal glands and throughout the body.

Additionally, several medical studies show vitamin B3 significantly increases recovery rates among even hard-core alcoholics such as the study conducted by Dr. Russell F. Smith, Brighton Hospital of Detroit, Michigan in achieving near 70% recovery rate over two-year period with no-relapses. Similar studies also confirm the finds.

  • Vitamin B3 or niacin Functions / Benefits: Energy (carbohydrate, fat, protein) metabolism. Required to make enzymes function properly. Healthy skin, nervous system, cell metabolism, oral and pharyngeal tissues.
  • Food Sources: Eggs, liver, lean meat, fish, rice, potatoes
  • Deficiency Symptoms: Weakness, skin rash, memory loss, irritability, weight loss, inflamed gums, cheeks and lips.
  • Positive Interactions: B complex, B1, B2, B6, tryptophan

The recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamins B3 or niacin for infants under six months is 5 mg. Babies from six months to one year of age require 6 mg. Children need 9 mg at one to three years of age, 12 mg at four to six years, and 13 mg at seven to 10 years. Women need 15 mg from 11-50 years, and 13 mg thereafter. More is required for women pregnant (17 mg) and lactation (20 mg). Men require 17 mg from 11-14 years of age, 20 mg from 15-18 years, 19 mg from 19-50 years, and 15 mg at 51 years and older.
